Fungi for beginners workshop: An all day event that includes a 2-3 hour foray and practical ID excercises combined with a powerpoint presentation on, what fungi are, where they grow, how they grow, important identification charteristics and a slide show of different, important fungi families, illustrated throughout by the authors own photographs of fungi in situ. 

Fungi foray: A 4 hour foray into one of Londons parks or woodlands in search of mushrooms & toadstools.  The foray begins with a short talk, giving an overview of the mushrooms & toadstools in England, highlighting diffferences between some of the more frequent edible and toxic species.  Most species found during the foray will be identified to species if possible, if not, then to genus.  All species will be noted and a species list compiled...
